Prescriptions

Our prescriptions include medications like Zepbound, Ozempic, Wegovy, Semiglutide, Adipex, Bontril, Contrave, etc.  These medications are appetite supressants.

 

We are able to do prior authorizations (PA's) for these medications, but your prescription drug coverage plan must cover weight loss. Call your plan to see if it is covered.

 

If you get a diabetic medication for weight loss and you are not a diabetic, we are unable to do a PA despite what your insurance company may say.

Our prices do not include the medication itself, only the prescription. You must still fill the prescription at a pharmacy, and pay for the medication there.

• With prescriptions for Adipex, Bontril, Contrave, etc., you are only able to do a 1 month prescription.

• With prescriptions for Zepbound, Ozempic, Wegovy, Semiglutide, etc., you are only able to do a 3 month prescription.
